The Continuum Support Center (CSC) provides around the clock access to support documentation such as:

  • Manuals
  • Product release notes
  • Pinout configurator utilities
  • Firmware updates
  • Software downloads (for Software Upgrade Program subscribers only)

The CSC website is also the hub for the delivery of all Continuum Lifecycle Services. Information such as product health reports and baseline configuration data packages is all available online. In addition, customers can also view, approve, or reject engineering change proposals via the CSC website.
