Desktop Enclosures
The Hybricon desktop chassis are designed for with extreme cooling for use in all of your development platform needs. The open frame models offer open sides and top support access for engineering and test personnel ease of debugging. The card cages are designed to the latest ANSI/VITA specifications. Custom configurations and integration services are available.
We offer a wide range of desktop enclosures (standard chassis). Desktop enclosure types include OpenVPX compliant development platforms, and desk top form factors include open frame, horizontal and tower styles. These chassis support a wide range of standard OpenVPX backplane profiles, including 6U backplane and 3U backplane profiles, as well as standard hyubrid backplanes and different back plane types including VME64x, cPCI and VXS. Standard desktop enclosures are available to support air cooled modules.
The OF-SMART3 chassis are 6-slot or 8-slot open frame style enclosures that support 3U backplanes [OpenVPX (1" pitch), VPX, CompactPCI and VME] and provide OpenVPX compliant power and cooling. Open sides and top support enable access by engineering and test personnel for debugging with a fan speed control knob and an optional USB connection for remote voltage margining and current monitoring.
The OF-SMART6 enclosures are 6/8-slot open frame chassis that support 6U backplanes [OpenVPX (1" pitch), VXS, cPCI and VME64x] with the same features as the OF-SMART3 family.
The DT-XC chassis are 6-slot horizontal desk top style enclosures that support 6U VPX REDI (1" pitch) backplanes, extreme cooling, and a 1900W power supply providing high power for both 5V and 12V centric payload. These chassis also include automatic fan speed control.
The OF-XC chassis are 16/20 slot open frame style enclosures that support 6U backplanes [VPX-REDI (1" pitch), VXS, CompactPCI and VME64x]. Open sides and top support access by engineering and test personnel for debugging. The OF-XC includes a fan speed control knob. It provides extreme cooling as well as up to 2000W power supply for high power in both 5V and 12V centric payload systems.
